Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or promotions.

Shipping Within Canada
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 CAD unless a shipping promotion is active. Delivery timelines vary by location and begin once the order has shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping to the United States
We offer shipping to the United States. U.S. orders are subject to a 2% cross-border fee plus a $20 CAD handling fee. Duties and applicable import fees are prepaid. Delivery timelines vary by location and begin once the order has shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Waggy Butts is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

Damaged Items
Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
